What types of training services do you offer?

We offer a range of services, including rehabilitation, Fascial Stretch therapy, personal training, private group training, integrated nutrition, genetic testing, advanced blood testing, stool testing, and peptide therapies.

Do I need to have prior fitness experience to train at your studio?

No prior experience is necessary. Our trainers are experienced specialists who can work with clients of all fitness levels, from beginners to seniors to youth and professional athletes.

What should I expect during a training session?

Each training session is based on your specific goals and may include a combination of strength training, corrective exercises, nutrition guidance, and always finishes with fascial stretch therapy or massage.

Do you offer nutritional guidance?

Absolutely! You are provided your own Registered Dietician that will create personalized nutrition plans and recommendations based on your goals and dietary preferences.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule a session?

We understand that life happens, and schedules can change. Simply notify us at least 24 hours in advance, and we'll be happy to reschedule your session at a time that works for you.
