Daniel Chille | NASM CPT, CSCS, Poliquin Level 3, PMP, DNA Fit, USAW Olympic Weightlifting Coach, Sports Performance Coach, CPR/First AID

Daniel’s journey began as a youth Olympic athlete playing soccer. He graduated from Northwestern University where he played NCAA Division I Soccer. Soon after, he moved to Europe to pursue a professional career which was cut short due to injury. This inspired him to help others on their journey, both inside and outside of the fitness arena. He loves working with all ages and levels to assist in achieving physical, mental and spiritual results.

Diana Sarlitto | USAW Olympic Weightlifting Coach, Sport Performance Coach, CPR/First AID

Diana has competed in both power lifting and Olympic weightlifting competitions, one earning the women’s division for top deadlift and bench press. Diana’s primary passion lies in Olympic weightlifting as she is certified as a Level 1 USAW Weightlifting coach.  Diana is a mountaineer--summiting Mt. Rainier, Mt. Whitney, Mt. Elbert, and Mt. Kilimanjaro. She attributes her success to daily strength training, powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting and endurance training in soccer.

Nicole Moneer I NASM CPT, CHEK Holistic Coach, Pilates Certified, IFBB Bikini Pro & Olympian

Former Ms. Bikini Universe, Nicole's journey was initially rooted in chronic illness. Her life changed when she committed to a personal trainer, cleaned up her diet and supplemented accordingly. She never looked back as she began to compete, sweeping up multiple accolades as an IFBB Bikini Professional and Olympian. Her passion is providing results--clients looking and feeling their best.

Veronica Hernandez

Mexican Yogini with more than 10 years of experience. Veronica hails from Mexico City where she and her sister owned a Yoga and Dance Studio. She attended the Buddhist Temple of Mexico City, where she had the opportunity to experience Vipassana meditation and practice Yoga, transforming her life forever. In 2010 she began a Vinyasa Flow certification by the International Yoga Federation in Sport City University, Mexico City, completing 200 hours of practice with knowledge in various styles of Yoga and meditation. Her style of teaching incorporates Vinyasa Flow, meditation, pranayamas, mudras, and mantras for all ages and levels.


Satsuki Kondo

Satsuki completed her Yoga Teacher 200 (RYT200) training course in Tokyo, where she learned how to teach safe and enjoyable yoga tailored for each student. In her class, students learn how to connect their breath with fluid and sequenced movements. She teaches variation in each pose so that students can customize their practice. Satsuki focuses on alignment and technique with a very hands on approach. This elicits a deeper connection and understanding of mind and body while practicing yoga.


Eman Monsour

Eman is a Zumba certified fitness instructor. She is the Zumba Queen, certified to also teach Zumba Toning, Zumba Step, Zumba in the Circuit, and Strong by Zumba. She's been teaching Zumba since 2014, adding her own flair to each routine. She expects you to have fun, smile and dance. So come party on the dance floor and get that booty shaking.


Dr. Galina Mahlis

Dr. Mahlis, is a licensed and board-certified Naturopathic Doctor. She received her doctorate at University of Bridgeport College of Naturopathic Medicine in Connecticut and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, along with completion pre-medical coursework from Miami University in Oxford, OH. She has completed additional training in Craniosacral Therapy (CST), a type of gentle body work using energy, UNDA Biotherapeutic Drainage, a European system of homeopathic drainage, and Personalized Nutrition based on the principles of the Blood Type Diet.

Dr. Mahlis is a member of the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians (AANP) and California Naturopathic Doctors Association (CNDA).

Samanthia Omega

Samanthia completed her 200 hour YTT with Buffy Barfoot’s Clear Compass teacher training. Her training is rooted in Anusara and therefore is alignment based. She has been practicing yoga asana for over 4 years incorporating both mindful meditation and proper breathwork.  Samanthia believes that yoga is a practice of self-care and exploration. She welcomes all ages and levels in her challenging and restorative classes.

Anna Yatsana

Anna was a member of the Ukrainian National Gymnastics Team. She was the winner of an International tournament in Europe and the United States and was also a multiple silver and bronze medalist winner in the Ukrainian group team. Anna received a Master of Sports in Ukraine for Rhythmic Gymnastics where she utilizes her skill as a coach and choreographer. She is dedicated to excellence in the sport of gymnastics, teaching youth levels and above.

Victoria Monasterolo l Zumba Fitness Certified, USSF Soccer Coach Certification E/D, USAV IMPACT Volleyball Coach Certification, Professional IL and TN Teaching License, CPR/AED Certified

Originally from Argentina, she came to the US with a full scholarship to play Division 1 volleyball at Middle TN State University. She obtained her Bachelors and Masters in Physical Education. Her passion is teaching, coaching, dancing and helping others realize their best self. She's eager to share this passion through Zumba fitness for everyone.

Kiera Tyree l Licensed Massage Therapist

Kiera graduated from the Intensive Clinical Massage Therapy program at The Soma Institute, located in Chicago, in 2015. Her therapeutic modality synthesizes elements of traditional Swedish, Western sports, and trigger point massage. Firmly believing that not only does each person inhabit a unique typographical composition, but also that every massage treatment session is without duplication. Her intuitive touch customizes for your specific needs. In addition to sharing her gift with our center, she is also working towards certification in Reiki. Jim Auchinleck

Jim Auchinleck initially began his exploration of yoga over 10 years ago as a way to cross train and add strength, flexibility and balance to his running regimen. After practicing law for 40 years, he found the benefits of yoga so profound that this became his primary focus. Jim teaches traditional Hatha, yin, vinyasa and restorative yoga. He incorporates music, mantra, and meditation into the asana movement practice for all ages and levels.

Jim is a E-RYT200 yoga teacher registered with yoga alliance and received his 200 hour teacher training at Yoga on Main in Philadelphia. His instructor, Shiva Das, maintains the lineage of Neem Karoli Baba whose disciples include Ma JayaRam Dass (the author of Be Here Now)


Andra Benson

Andra started her journey with yoga 14 years ago after she was rear ended by a truck and was bedridden for a year. Yoga helped her regain control over her body enabling her to walk unassisted again. Her teaching is rooted in Ashtanga from Moksha in Chicago where she completed her 200 YTT. Andra teaches both Viniyoga and Ashtanga, underscoring proper alignment, self-awareness, breath work, and meditation. She is especially passionate working with people who are overcoming injury or who have limited range of motion. Andra offers classes that are suitable and challenging for all skill levels. 


Dominika Napora

Her reversal journey began as a teenager when she was overweight and physically unhealthy. Fortunately she was able to work with her brother who as a trainer was able to whip her into shape. Exercise and fitness began to dominate her lifestyle. So much so that she wanted to help others take back their health.
Dominika has pursued certifications in nutrition, supplementation and the Body Shred certificate by Jillian Michaels.
